imapsync is an open-source command-line tool to migrate or backup mailboxes between IMAP servers, preserving all messages and folders.
Copy and paste the command into a Linux shell (with imapsync installed). Ensure both accounts allow IMAP access and login from your source IP.
No passwords are saved. Output is generated server-side, then discarded after a few minutes. Always review and run on a secure shell.
